Buntot Palos Falls

Buntot Palos (Eel's Tail) Falls is one of the numerous waterfalls in the province of Laguna. It is located in the town of Pangil, just 2-3 hours away from Manila. It is very accessible and can be reach for about 1.5 - 2 hours of moderate hike.

Guide/s will be assigned at the registration area at Brgy. Balian for 500 pesos for a group of 1-5 persons. On rainy season the trails can be very muddy.

The catch basin is deep and big enough to accommodate tourists who want to swim and enjoy the cold water. Beneath the main waterfalls there are small falls that you can sit under and have a water massage. Be careful though because rocks are steep and sharp. Hike date: 9-27-2015
